As soon as you apply for eTA Canada, our team processes the due fee payment for your application. Because of that, no refund request of the service fee will be accepted. We only refund, on request, those application for Eta Canada travel authorizations denied by Canadian government (See \"Our services\" link). We refund ONLY the government border authorization charge (CAD 7.00) but not the services fee. This is the only case in our policy that applies for a refund.
The Service Charge of 44.5 Euros for each eTA CANADA application is required to pay the Canadian Government immigration (CAD 7.00) and to pay the offered processing service fee.
www.canadaeta.mobi is a private information website and eTA Canada application online agency and is not affiliated nor have any connection with the Canadian Government agency or website (http://www.cic.gc.ca). You can apply independently for an eTA CANADA at a cost of 7.00 CAD plus transaction fees, but in that case we cannot offer any help and support regarding these applications.
